Tanggung Jawab
- Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Conducting manual and automated testing to verify software functionality against user requirements.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using bug tracking tools like JIRA.
- Collaborating closely with developers and product managers to diagnose issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Performing regression testing to ensure recent changes do not negatively impact existing features.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest QA trends, tools, and best practices to improve testing efficiency.
- Validating software performance under load to ensure a seamless user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in Software Quality Assurance or Testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Proficiency in SQL for database testing and data validation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
