We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance & Process Engineer to join our team in the vibrant Ang Mo Kio region of Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining, implementing, and maintaining the quality standards and engineering processes that ensure our software products are delivered with the highest levels of reliability, security, and performance.
Your primary focus will be on driving process improvement initiatives aligned with CMMI, ISO 9001, and Agile methodologies. You will conduct rigorous process and product audits, facilitate root cause analysis for software defects, and champion best practices in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Working closely with software developers, project managers, and system architects, you will integrate quality assurance seamlessly into every phase of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain software quality assurance plans and process improvement strategies aligned with CMMI and ISO 9001 standards.
- Conduct periodic process and product audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Lead and facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes to address non-conformances and enhance overall product quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics for software development projects.
- Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test plans for complex software systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), proactively identifying and eliminating process bottlenecks.
- Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including detailed test cases, process manuals, and formal audit reports.
- Mentor junior team members on software QA best practices, testing methodologies, and process compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Software Quality Assurance and/or Process Engineering roles within the ICT, defence, or engineering consulting sectors.
- Strong understanding and demonstrated practical experience with CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 frameworks is mandatory.
- Relevant professional certifications such as ISTQB, CSQE (Certified Software Quality Engineer), Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or CMMI Associate are highly desirable.
- Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard QA and testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman, or similar automation and test management frameworks).
- In-depth knowledge of various SDLC methodologies, with strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application in a QA/Process context.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive a quality-centric culture across multiple teams.
