Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using bug tracking systems, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Participate in design and requirement reviews, providing input on testability and potential risks.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate test reports and progress updates to project teams and management.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of automation test scripts (for Junior/Senior levels) where applicable.
Kualifikasi
- For Entry-Level: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- For Junior/Senior-Level: Proven experience (1+ years for Junior, 3+ years for Senior) in Software Quality Assurance or a related role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestLink) and bug tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- (For Senior Level) Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) is a significant advantage.
