Golden Suntec Solutions, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Tester to join our dynamic team in Ortigas. In this onsite role, you will be the final line of defense, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
As an SQA Tester, you will work closely with our development and product teams to design, execute, and document comprehensive test plans. You will play a pivotal role in identifying defects early in the development lifecycle and providing actionable feedback that shapes the quality of our final products. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, create, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure application stability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools, providing clear steps for reproduction.
- Collaborate effectively with developers and project managers to resolve technical issues and improve software quality.
- Conduct thorough end-to-end testing to verify that final deliverables meet all business and functional specifications.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to provide quality insights throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and code coverage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in manual software testing or quality assurance.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Proficiency in bug-tracking software (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite team environment.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks is a significant plus.
