Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools
- Perform manual and automated testing across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality integration
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Develop and maintain testing frameworks and automation scripts
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and quality gate reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with performance and security testing tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
