Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Perform comprehensive manual testing including exploratory, functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly in our tracking system (e.g., JIRA).
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test data sets.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the QA process.
- Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) to ensure backend reliability.
- Integrate test suites into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous quality validation.
Tanggung Jawab

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Identify, isolate, and document bugs and issues clearly in our bug tracking system (e.g., JIRA).
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test data sets.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the QA process.
- Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) to ensure backend reliability.
- Contribute to the continuous integration pipeline by integrating test suites (CI/CD).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Appium) and frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
- Solid understanding of manual testing techniques, including test case design and bug reporting.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured) and database testing (SQL).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
