Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing software features.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks to improve regression testing efficiency.
- Conduct thorough manual testing to identify edge cases and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Track, document, and report bugs and defects clearly using JIRA or similar tracking tools.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in both manual and automation testing for web or enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database management for backend verification.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
