Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools like Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG
- Perform manual testing to validate user interfaces, workflows, and business requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems with detailed reproduction steps
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and validate resolutions
- Establish and maintain test environments, data sets, and configuration management
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to testing best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with automation focus
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java) and testing frameworks
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and testing standards (ISTQB preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration
- Expertise in defect management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
