- Research and identify qualified software solution prospects through market analysis and lead generation

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution matching and implementation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B software sales or technical sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong technical aptitude to understand software solutions and client requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication
