Are you an experienced software professional with a passion for cutting-edge semiconductor technology? We are looking for a dedicated Software Solutions Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting and optimizing advanced Silicon Photonics (SiPh) test solutions for our global semiconductor clients.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will bridge the gap between complex software architecture and hardware-level testing. You will work closely with customers to troubleshoot integration challenges, develop custom automation scripts, and ensure that our photonics testing platforms deliver industry-leading precision and throughput. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, deploy, and maintain software solutions for Silicon Photonics (SiPh) wafer-level and chip-level testing.
- Provide technical support to semiconductor customers, troubleshooting software-hardware integration issues in real-time.
- Create and maintain automation scripts (Python/C++) to improve test execution efficiency and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal R&D teams to translate customer requirements into scalable software features.
- Conduct on-site or remote technical training sessions for clients to ensure optimal utilization of our test platforms.
- Analyze test data performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose software-driven optimizations.
- Document technical workflows, installation guides, and troubleshooting procedures for internal and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or optoelectronics industry.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or C# is mandatory for test automation and instrument control.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor testing processes and data acquisition systems.
- Experience with Silicon Photonics (SiPh) or optical testing equipment is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural team.
