Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert-level technical support to internal and external stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Perform in-depth debugging and root cause analysis of software defects, ensuring high system reliability and performance.
- Document, track, and resolve technical issues using our ticketing system, escalating critical problems to the development team as needed.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to test software patches, updates, and new features before deployment.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
- Assist in the configuration, deployment, and monitoring of software applications across various client environments.
- Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Software Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in debugging software applications and working with databases (e.g., MySQL, MSSQL).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
