Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support for MS SQL Server databases, including performance optimization and troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve complex software, hardware, and connectivity issues reported by global clients
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve software bugs and defects
- Document support cases, solutions, and knowledge base articles with meticulous detail
- Monitor system health, proactively identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures
- Train customers on software best practices and new feature implementations
- Manage SLA compliance and maintain high customer satisfaction metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with MS SQL Server administration and support
- Strong proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, database optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Previous experience in customer-facing technical support or helpdesk environments
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and version control systems
