Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for software applications and systems.

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software solutions.
- Monitor system performance and promptly report any anomalies or bugs to the technical team.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric attitude.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software installation processes.
- Ability to diagnose common technical problems and provide logical solutions.
