Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving software-related technical issues and user inquiries.
- Monitor system performance and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.
- Participate in training sessions on software tools and support methodologies.
- Provide technical support to end-users via email or phone.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
