Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional development team to deliver high-quality software products.
- Oversee the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from design and coding to testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and architects to define project roadmaps and technical requirements.
- Conduct regular code reviews and enforce best practices to ensure code maintainability, security, and performance.
- Drive the implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize team velocity and project delivery.
- Manage technical risks and provide hands-on support during complex troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Facilitate professional development and continuous learning opportunities for team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, or JavaScript frameworks).
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS) and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven technical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
