Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software developers through code reviews, 1-on-1s, and architectural guidance.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from gathering requirements and design to deployment and post-release support.
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our software platforms by implementing industry best practices.
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure consistent delivery of sprint goals.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt to maintain code quality and system reliability.
- Foster an inclusive and high-performing team culture centered on transparency and growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a team lead or senior engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps culture, and automated testing frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing technical projects and coordinating with remote, global teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
