Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on technical specifications.
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure product stability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Provide regular status reports on project milestones and test coverage to department stakeholders.
- Support the automation of test suites to enhance testing speed and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements for all deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes (Agile/Scrum experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages used for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, or Selenium).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple task assignments simultaneously.
- Must be highly accountable and capable of working with minimal supervision in a team setting.
