We are looking for a collaborative, analytical, and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our cutting-edge products, making a tangible impact on people's hearing health every day.
As a crucial member of our global Agile team, you will work closely with world-class software developers, systems engineers, and audiologists. You will define testing strategies, create comprehensive test plans, and execute both manual and automated tests across our embedded systems, mobile applications (iOS/Android), and cloud platforms. Your insights will directly influence product design and architecture, ensuring quality is built in from the very beginning.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for embedded software, mobile applications, and web-based services.
- Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and scripting languages.
- Identify, isolate, and document software defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA), and track them to closure in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to review user stories, define acceptance criteria, and estimate testing efforts.
- Analyze test results, generate detailed quality metrics and reports, and communicate findings to project stakeholders.
- Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to process improvements to prevent future defects.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing strategies and methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a strong track record in testing embedded systems or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, PyTest, Robot Framework).
- Solid programming experience in one or more scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
- Deep understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and the Agile software development lifecycle.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
