- Design and implement automated testing frameworks for telecom OSS/BSS systems using cutting-edge technologies
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software components
- Leverage Generative AI to create intelligent test scenarios, predict potential defects, and optimize testing processes
- Collaborate with development teams to identify testing requirements and ensure quality throughout the SDLC
- Analyze test results, document defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution
- Continuously improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay current with industry trends in testing automation and AI technologies to drive innovation
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices in automated testing and quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software testing with focus on automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS systems and their testing requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automation
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG)
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience with GenAI applications in testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
