Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Identify, record, and track bugs and issues using defect tracking systems, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Actively participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning sessions to provide input on testability and quality.
- Create and maintain test data, test environments, and automation scripts where applicable.
- Monitor and report on test progress, test results, and overall product quality to project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) in software testing or quality assurance, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC.
- Familiarity with various testing types (e.g., functional, regression, performance, security) and techniques.
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestLink).
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
