We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Software Tester (Quality Control) to join our dynamic team in Malang. In this role, you will play a critical part in our software development lifecycle, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and usability before they reach our users.
You will work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the overall QA process. If you have a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs through to resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with QC team members, developers, and product managers to streamline testing workflows.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Prepare detailed testing result documentation and final QA reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on functional requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and automation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
