Tanggung Jawab
- Execute manual and automated testing to identify bugs and ensure product quality
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and execution reports
- Create technical documentation including user guides, API references, and release notes
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Maintain and improve QA processes and documentation standards
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Perform regression testing and validate new feature integrations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional software testing experience
- Proven technical writing/documentation experience
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools (JIRA, TestRail, Selenium)
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
