Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive solar product sales through effective showroom management and strategic business development.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure target attainment.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to vendors to ensure they meet their role responsibilities.
  • Maintain and elevate showroom brand standards to create an immersive customer experience.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities within the renewable energy segment.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
  • Manage inventory displays and promotional activities to maximize customer engagement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or retail management.
  • Prior experience in the solar energy sector or consumer electronics retail is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or Malay.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
