- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the East Region's solar energy market
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for residential and commercial clients
- Present customized solar solutions including ROI calculations and financing options
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and referral partners
- Stay current with solar technology advancements, incentives, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project implementation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or renewable energy sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and resilience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
