Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire civil and structural engineering phase of utility-scale solar PV project construction.
- Conduct geotechnical assessments and site suitability studies to ensure robust foundation design.
- Coordinate with international stakeholders and local contractors, utilizing bilingual proficiency (Mandarin/Filipino) for project alignment.
- Supervise on-site civil works to ensure strict adherence to engineering designs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including structural drawings, compliance reports, and site progress logs.
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of PV modules and racking systems.
- Mitigate construction risks through proactive problem-solving and site inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC license required).
- Proven track record in utility-scale solar PV projects (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
- Must be fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and Filipino to facilitate multi-cultural site management.
- Expertise in structural design software and geotechnical report analysis.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Building Codes and safety regulations (DOLE/OSHA standards).
- Ability to travel and work on-site in Cavite as required by project milestones.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on cost-efficiency and timelines.
