We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our expanding renewable energy team in Cavite. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the solar energy transition, ensuring the seamless design, installation, and optimization of high-efficiency solar power systems. You will play a critical role in both field operations and technical troubleshooting, maintaining the highest standards of safety and electrical compliance.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with a deep understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) integration. You will be responsible for end-to-end project commissioning, system debugging, and site performance analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end installation of residential and commercial solar panel systems.
- Conduct on-site commissioning to ensure all electrical components meet design specifications and performance standards.
- Perform comprehensive system debugging and diagnostic checks to resolve technical issues during and after installation.
- Interpret and implement electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams for solar PV projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to maintain project timelines and quality control protocols.
- Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to local electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Provide technical documentation and progress reports to stakeholders upon project completion.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality for field operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
- Proven professional experience in solar panel installation and renewable energy systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with proficiency in solar system debugging.
- Deep knowledge of electrical safety standards, Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), and local compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within the Cavite region as required by project needs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with installation teams and clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
