Tanggung Jawab
- Install solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties following technical specifications
- Connect inverters, batteries, and electrical components to ensure optimal energy conversion
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal panel placement and system configuration
- Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on solar installations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local electrical regulations
- Document installation reports and provide customer education on system operation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in electrical installation or solar technology
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards
- Physical ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read technical blueprints and installation manuals
- Willingness to obtain solar installation certifications if needed
