As a key member of our operations and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of solar photovoltaic systems through regular inspections, troubleshooting, and timely repairs. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular on-site inspections of solar photovoltaic systems to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve system malfunctions
- Execute necessary repairs and maintenance on solar panels, inverters, monitoring systems, and related equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures when working with electrical systems
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and resource allocation
- Monitor system performance data and recommend improvements for operational efficiency
- Stay updated with the latest solar technology and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar panel maintenance or related electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, components, and operations
- Experience with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting electrical systems
- Certification in solar technology or electrical safety is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in outdoor environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to the site location
