Tanggung Jawab
- Design and engineer commercial solar PV systems including load calculations, component selection, and single-line diagrams
- Conduct site assessments, shading analysis, and energy yield simulations
- Prepare technical documentation including construction drawings, BOQs, and operation manuals
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple sites
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities for permits and approvals
- Oversee system commissioning, testing, and quality assurance processes
- Provide ongoing technical support during construction and operational phases
- Monitor project KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in solar project engineering or renewable energy
- Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, and Malaysian solar standards (SIRIM)
- Proficiency in PV design software (PVsyst, Helioscope) and AutoCAD
- Experience with EPC project management and contract administration
- Familiarity with grid interconnection requirements (TNB regulations)
- Professional certification (e.g., NABCEP, PMP) highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
