Join Thursinar Energy Sdn Bhd as a Solar Project Manager and drive Malaysia's renewable energy transition. We're seeking an experienced professional to lead solar PV projects across residential, commercial/industrial, and large-scale solar farm installations. This pivotal role requires expertise in project lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring technical excellence in solar energy solutions. You'll oversee projects from initial design through to commissioning, managing timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end solar PV projects including residential, commercial/industrial, and utility-scale installations
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, technical specifications, and quality standards
- Manage stakeholder communications and reporting for project stakeholders
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and subcontractor management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing solar PV projects (residential, commercial, utility-scale)
- Strong understanding of solar technology, installation processes, and industry standards
- Proven track record in project lifecycle management and budget control
- Certification in project management (PMP/Prince2) preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Malaysian energy sector regulations and permitting processes
