Are you an expert in IT infrastructure monitoring and performance management? Lenovo PCCW Solutions is seeking a highly skilled SolarWinds Engineer to join our elite technology team in Singapore. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the availability, performance, and security of mission-critical systems for our diverse portfolio of enterprise clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration, configuration, and optimization of the SolarWinds platform. You will translate complex business requirements into actionable monitoring solutions, perform deep-dive troubleshooting, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and manage comprehensive monitoring solutions using the SolarWinds Orion Platform (NPM, SAM, NCM, NTA, VMAN).
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching to ensure platform stability and security compliance.
- Develop and maintain custom alerts, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and network latency issues through proactive monitoring and data analysis.
- Integrate SolarWinds with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) to automate incident creation and management.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and architecture diagrams.
- Provide tier-3 support for escalated incidents related to infrastructure monitoring and platform performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure monitoring and SolarWinds administration.
- Expert-level knowledge of SNMP, WMI, Syslog, NetFlow, and API integrations.
- Strong background in network and server infrastructure (Windows/Linux OS, Cisco networking, VMware environments).
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or SQL) for automation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- SolarWinds Certified Professional (SCP) certification is highly desirable.
