Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, this role is pivotal in designing and implementing robust financial and controlling solutions that drive business efficiency.
As the SAP FICO Solution Architect, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical SAP implementations. You will lead the configuration of the Financial and Controlling modules, ensuring strict adherence to international accounting standards and regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions tailored to business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and propose technical solutions to bridge business requirements with SAP functionalities.
- Configure and customize Financial (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to ensure compliance with Japanese and international accounting standards.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Provide expert guidance, mentorship, and technical support to junior consultants and analysts.
- Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve critical defects to ensure system stability.
- Optimize existing financial processes and data flows to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong technical knowledge of Financial Accounting, Controlling, CO-PA, and Asset Accounting.
- SAP certification (SAP FI/CO) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese is a significant advantage.
