We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Solution Architect to join our growing team in Ortigas, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex technical solutions that align with business goals. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration across Build, Integration, Data Migration, Testing, and Operations departments. Working alongside vendor architects, you will ensure that all delivered solutions are consistent, scalable, and maintain high standards of quality and security. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee the architecture of complex enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with Build, Integration, Data Migration, Testing, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Work with vendor architects to define technical standards and best practices.
- Conduct system analysis to identify requirements and propose scalable solutions.
- Ensure data migration strategies are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Lead the definition of testing protocols and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor solution performance and ensure operational stability post-deployment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or System Architect in a corporate environment.
- Strong expertise in system integration, API design, and middleware technologies.
- Experience with data migration frameworks and ETL processes.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
