We are seeking an experienced and passionate Solution Architect to join our team at Paydibs. Headquartered in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur, we are a leading payment technology company dedicated to delivering secure, scalable, and innovative payment solutions to businesses across the region.
In this full-time role, you will be a key technical leader responsible for designing the architecture of our payment platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies, evaluate new technologies, and ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and efficient. Your expertise will guide the development team and influence our technology roadmap.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance payment solutions
- Lead technical design discussions and decision-making processes
- Define and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and best practices
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to refine requirements
- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and fintech innovations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect
- Strong expertise in payment systems, fintech platforms, or e-commerce architectures
- Deep knowledge of microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, API security, and integration patterns
- Experience with database design (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
