Tanggung Jawab
- Design and document comprehensive solution architectures that align with business needs and enterprise standards.
- Lead technical design workshops to ensure architectural alignment across multiple workstreams and platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional, scalable, and secure technical designs.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams during the implementation and deployment phases.
- Ensure that all solutions comply with regulatory requirements, data security policies, and industry best practices.
- Manage architectural debt and provide strategies for legacy system modernization.
- Create and maintain architectural artifacts, including system diagrams, data flow models, and technical specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a Solution or Systems Architecture role.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices design.
- Strong understanding of banking/financial services technology ecosystems, including APIs, integration patterns, and security protocols.
- Proficiency in modern development stacks (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, Go, or Python) and database technologies (RDBMS/NoSQL).
- Experience with DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- TOGAF or relevant architectural certifications are highly preferred.
