Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for complex, large-scale Java-based enterprise systems.
- Define and document high-level system architecture, design patterns, and technical standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality code delivery and best practices.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring projects meet performance, security, and scalability benchmarks.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural blueprints and security compliance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in enterprise software development, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Architectural capacity.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java/J2EE ecosystem (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices architecture).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL solutions.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing stakeholder expectations.
- Prior experience in government or public sector IT projects is highly advantageous.
