Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with prospective and existing clients to identify their technology needs and business requirements.
- Design and present customized solution proposals, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with product capabilities and market trends.
- Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle to build credibility and trust.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and documentation.
- Ensure smooth handover to project implementation teams.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales.
- Strong knowledge of ICT solutions, including networking, cloud, security, and enterprise software.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a consultative approach.
- Experience working with distributors or vendors is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
