Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to develop, design, and refine solution blueprints and technical documentation.
- Ensure all solution proposals adhere to Accenture’s standard process methods and industry best practices.
- Facilitate the solution approval process by preparing clear, concise, and compelling technical presentations.
- Identify potential risks or gaps in solution designs and propose mitigation strategies to delivery teams.
- Drive the adoption of enablement frameworks to standardize how solutions are built and deployed across the organization.
- Mentor junior team members and delivery leads on solution enablement standards and methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in solution architecture, solution design, or technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with standard process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) is a plus.
