- Analyze client requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications and architecture designs.
- Design, prototype, and deploy scalable software solutions using industry-standard technologies and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and engineering, to define project scopes and technical roadmaps.
- Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance during the implementation and integration phases.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to recommend the best tools and methodologies for specific client needs.
- Document technical architectures, process flows, and user manuals clearly for internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in solution engineering, systems architecture, or technical consulting roles.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and scripting languages.
- Solid understanding of automation tools, APIs, integration platforms, and cloud services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems and workflow automation is a strong plus.
