Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and implement scalable technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system gaps and propose innovative improvement strategies.
- Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions and system configurations.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams on new system deployments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend process enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a solution engineering or system architecture role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in system integration, API management, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or C#) and database management (SQL).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex technical problems under tight deadlines.
