Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and business objectives, translating them into scalable solution designs.
- Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-concept deployments, and technical workshops to showcase the value of our CME solutions.
- Work alongside the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support, including RFI/RFP responses and architecture discussions.
- Design and implement integration strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity with existing client infrastructures.
- Provide post-sales technical guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization to maximize customer satisfaction and solution adoption.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously improve our offerings.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution blueprints, deployment guides, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a solution engineering, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of CME (Critical Manufacturing Execution) systems, IoT, or related industrial automation platforms is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in system integration, API design, and middleware technologies (REST, SOAP, MQTT, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work full-time at our Bonifacio Global City office and travel occasionally for client engagements.
