Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deploy end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Conduct detailed requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical architecture and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and business objectives are achieved.
- Provide technical leadership during the discovery phase, including building proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate solution capabilities.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support to ensure optimal system performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft technology updates and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvement.
- Document technical designs and process flows to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Solution Engineer or Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement).
- Strong technical proficiency in the Power Platform stack, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting complex system issues.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, specifically Microsoft Azure, is a significant advantage.
