Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect tailored IT and networking solutions that align with Time dotCom's product portfolio and specific customer requirements.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops to understand client pain points and identify optimal solution strategies.
- Prepare and review detailed technical sales proposals, RFPs, and RFQs to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide expert technical consultation throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align technical roadmaps with market demands and customer feedback.
- Guide customers through the implementation process, ensuring successful adoption and long-term satisfaction.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure solution performance and identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Management, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, cloud technologies, and telecommunications solutions.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client-facing interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
