Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise network solutions including routing, switching, and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver network infrastructure projects aligned with client requirements
- Conduct network performance monitoring, analysis, and optimization for operational efficiency
- Develop comprehensive network documentation including configuration guides and technical specifications
- Support network security initiatives including vulnerability assessments and threat mitigation strategies
- Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and technology transformation initiatives
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for network incidents and service requests
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (recent graduates preferred)
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs)
- Familiarity with network infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers)
- Basic understanding of network security principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Strong communication abilities with aptitude for collaborative teamwork
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving industry standards
