Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ERP systems tailored to client requirements.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance throughout the solution development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high availability.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and training materials for end-users.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend innovative improvements.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of proven experience in technology solution development, ERP systems, or technical consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in managing IT projects and working within structured development frameworks.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an onsite, collaborative team environment.
- Relevant certifications in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or IT consulting are a distinct advantage.
