We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Solutions Architect to join our high-performing Sales team in Malaysia. In this pivotal role, you will be the key technical bridge between our vendors, our channel partners, and end customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, designing, demonstrating, and architecting sophisticated solutions that directly address complex business requirements.

You will work closely with our Sales Directors and Account Managers to drive revenue growth by providing technical leadership during the pre-sales cycle. This includes conducting deep-dive discovery sessions, building proof of concepts (POCs), delivering compelling product demonstrations, and responding to RFPs/RFIs. Your expertise will span across our core vendor portfolio, requiring a strong grasp of the latest trends in Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Unified Communications.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary technical authority for pre-sales engagements, supporting the sales team in achieving their revenue targets.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with partners and customers to deeply understand their technical environments and business objectives.
  • Design and architect tailored solutions leveraging our portfolio in Cybersecurity, Unified Communications, Cloud, and Networking.
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and technical presentations to diverse audiences, from C-level executives to IT practitioners.
  • Lead the development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical validations to demonstrate the value of proposed solutions.
  • Manage and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals with accurate and professional documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with strategic vendors (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Avaya) to stay ahead of their latest technologies and programs.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the sales and engineering teams.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineering role within the IT channel or distribution ecosystem.
  • Deep technical expertise in at least two of the following domains: Cybersecurity (SASE, NGFW, SIEM), Unified Communications (VoIP, Contact Center), Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure), or Networking (SD-WAN, Routing/Switching).
  • Proven track record of designing and closing complex technical deals.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English.
  • Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCIE, PCNSE, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect) is highly preferred.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to articulate technical concepts into business value.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple concurrent opportunities in a dynamic environment.
