We are looking for a visionary Solutions Architect to join the dynamic team at GECO Asia Pte. Ltd. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement robust enterprise solutions, focusing heavily on Microsoft 365 (M365), Exchange Server, Active Directory, and modern cloud infrastructure. You will act as a technical leader, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. Your expertise will drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency across our client's ecosystems. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and architect end-to-end IT solutions based on client requirements, specifically leveraging Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Exchange Server environments to ensure high availability and security.
- Design and maintain complex Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) structures.
- Lead cloud migration strategies and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
- Conduct thorough system analysis and feasibility studies to recommend best-fit technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to junior engineers and developers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Senior System Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, specifically Exchange Online and On-Premises Exchange.
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Identity Management.
- Certification in Microsoft 365 or Azure is highly desirable (e.g., MS-500, AZ-305).
- Experience with cloud migration projects (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
