Tanggung Jawab
- Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures tailored for the banking and financial services industry.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for complex software projects, ensuring alignment with organizational business goals.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of high-quality code and architectural best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend modern technologies, frameworks, and third-party integrations to enhance system performance and security.
- Ensure that all architectural designs comply with financial industry regulations, data privacy laws, and security standards.
- Lead architectural reviews and resolve complex technical bottlenecks across the software development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a dedicated Solutions Architect or Senior System Design role.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining enterprise-grade banking or fintech systems.
- Strong proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of secure coding practices, API integration, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with high-transaction volume systems and performance tuning for financial applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) is a distinct advantage.
