The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, designing robust application architectures, and overseeing the delivery of mission-critical systems. You will work closely with C-level stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to modernize legacy infrastructure while driving cloud-native initiatives and enterprise-wide application integration strategies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-grade application landscapes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable, high-performance technical requirements.
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies, third-party software, and cloud-native solutions.
- Oversee the integration of disparate systems to ensure data consistency and process efficiency across the enterprise.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ensure all architectural designs comply with financial industry regulations, security standards, and governance policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or enterprise solution design.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying complex enterprise applications within the Financial Services sector.
- Strong proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based design patterns.
- Deep understanding of API management, integration middleware, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Recognized industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional) are highly preferred.
