Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to understand their business requirements and challenges
- Design and propose comprehensive technical solutions that address client needs while aligning with company product offerings
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and solution architecture documents
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning strategies and overcome technical objections
- Provide technical expertise during the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing
- Support project implementation by providing technical guidance and ensuring smooth deployment
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting
- Strong technical knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud solutions, and relevant industry standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in preparing technical proposals, BOMs, and solution architecture documents
- Proven track record of supporting project implementation and ensuring successful delivery
- Certifications in relevant technologies or solutions architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, TOGAF) would be advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
